Skills Development and Training for Refugees and Displaced Communities

We support refugees and displaced communities, inside their own countries and globally, by providing practical skills development and vocational training to enhance employability and strengthen livelihoods.

Our programs include technical and vocational training, workshop-based skills, agriculture and farming skills, small business development, and job-readiness training. These interventions are designed to promote self-reliance, income generation, and sustainable livelihood opportunities, enabling individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity and independence.

In addition, we specifically support women and girls who face barriers to education and employment due to displacement, restrictions, or limited access to opportunities. Through courses, scholarships, fellowship opportunities, and financial assistance, we help them continue their education, develop professional skills, and achieve economic independence, enabling them to participate fully in social and economic life.
